Welcome to Bert's Scooter! We are committed to providing you with excellent service and ensuring your orders are delivered promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policy for important information regarding our shipping procedures.

Order Processing

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: The shipping fee will be charged for all orders within the continental United States. Delivery time is typically 1-7 business days.
  • International Shipping: Available to select countries. Shipping charges and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Delivery time is typically 8-30 business days.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • United States and United Kingdom
  • Some USA warehouses only can ship parcel to USA local address, can not ship to Canada, AU, UK, etc.
  • Some International orders (Outside of USA) will be shipped from our China warehouse, if there are inventory in China.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email or by visiting our Order Tracking page.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Listings shipped from their US warehouses can only ship to US local addresses and cannot ship to USA remote provinces such as Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico.

Delays and Issues

  • Weather and Natural Disasters: Shipping delays due to weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. We will notify you of any significant delays.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at admin@bertscooter.com so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us immediately at admin@bertscooter.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect items. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
